Friday Free-For-All
Heya, folks, seasons greetings and all that crap. It be Friday, so we get some room to play today! The sky is the limit, as it were, except for a few rules we need to just remind y'all about:
NO spoilers in prompts for at least one week after airing. Also, if your response contains spoilers, please warn for them and leave at least 3 empty lines before starting your fic.
Also, to make sure everyone gets a chance to prompt... no more than five prompts in a row, no more than 3 per fandom. You can always come back and prompt more after yours have been answered.
Please remember to be kind to you code monkeys (who work hard at a job that is time consuming) and code your prompts properly (fandom, pairing, prompt).
Examples:
Numb3rs, Colby/Charlie, The first time Colby called him "Professor"
Criminal Minds/Leverage, Reid/Eliot, "It's getting hot in here..."
Don't see anything that whets your appetite? Check out our lonely prompts archive here on delicious for some amazing ideas that just haven't been given homes yet.
Also, gird your loins, because next week is the start of yet another Quarterly Year Challenge, where we give you no prompts but instead offer lovely prizes to get you to write some of the prompts piling up in our archives.
Ready? Prompt!

Sunday Comfort, Hardison/Parker/Eliot, G
Eliot’s seen Parker staring at the dress she borrowed from Sophie’s closet on the bank job. He knows she’s not re-thinking her personal choice in wardrobe, not even since the day Hardison spat coffee over his laptop when Parker staggered past in Sophie’s six-inch stilettos.
She’s a poor imitator, but Eliot recognises the signs.
It’s Sunday afternoon and Parker’s curled up on one corner of Nate’s couch, arms hooked around her knees. She’s staring off into space as Hardison warms her side, typing away on his laptop. The typing doesn’t pause as Hardison glances at Parker out of the corner of his eye. Eliot’s glad the man took the initiative before Parker could moan of the couch’s emptiness and make cow eyes at them.
Hardison looks up in surprise at the offered mug of coffee, Eliot nods and waits for him to take it.
“Thanks, man,” Hardison sounds so relieved, his shoulders fall back and he handles the mug like mana from heaven.
Eliot watches Parker, but she doesn’t acknowledge him, so he ruffles her hair gently.
“Parker.”
When she looks at him, he’s reminded of an under loved golden Labrador with woeful eyes that make you forget all the times it smiled before.
“She’s coming back. When Sophie’s ready, she’ll come back. ”
“I don’t like the new lady,” Parker sulks and looks at Hardison for support, “Her sexy’s too aggressive. And she wanted to borrow Sophie’s shoes! I said no, is that okay? Was I wrong?”
“Most definitely not, darlin’,” Eliot immediately answers.
“I’ll ask her to downgrade the sexy,” Hardison offers and when he nudges Parker’s arm, she smiles.
Eliot takes the seat on Hardison’s other side, squeezing the hacker’s shoulder briefly. Parker curls into Hardison’s side, hooking an arm into his. Eliot exchanges a smile with him and Hardison makes an appreciative sound when Eliot kneads the back of his neck.
Eliot sips his own coffee and relaxes into the quiet comfort of his companions, with only the sound of Hardison tapping on the laptop to break the silence.
Hardison abruptly stops typing. "All right, can y'all pretend you're not watching me work, please? It makes a brother anxious, I could make a wrong move, die and have to re-start the whole level again."
Eliot makes an unapologetic noise, but averts his gaze anyway. Parker's nose pinches and she narrows her eyes at the image on the laptop.
"That's back-tuck manoeuvre was wrong! I could show you how it's actually done."
"Okay." Hardison sits up straighter under Eliot's hand.
"Maybe later." Parker reclines her head on Hardison's shoulder and her eyes glaze over happily as she watches the light dapple on the far wall.
Hardison slumps in disappointment and Eliot hides his smile behind the lip of his mug.
