drabblewriter , and you're still stuck with me as your host. ^_^ Today's theme is rare pairings. Every fandom has that one OTP (or two or three) that everyone seems to ship, but what about all those other possibilities? Today is the time for these little-known couples to shine. ♥

Don't forget to follow the rules:

Post no more than three prompts per fandom and no more than five prompts in a row. If someone fills a prompt, you're more than welcome to post some more prompts later in the day.
No spoilers in prompts for at least seven days after the original airdate or publication date. If you have spoilers in your fic, please warn in bold and leave at least three spaces.
Show some love to the code monkeys and format your prompts correctly. Examples below:

Stupid character count...

F'nor wakes the next morning wrapped in strong arms and sore in places he hadn't known could be sore. Shifting slightly and wincing as the movement brings to his attention yet more aches and pains, he looks to see who his bed-mate is.

It takes a moment for the familiar features to resolve into a clear identity, but when they do, F'nor freezes.

Canth mutters in his mind. Go back to sleep. It happened and there's nothing you can do about it now. Just enjoy it. There's an agreeing rumble that's actually audible and F'nor realizes with a start that Mnementh must be there, too.

So, he does his best to follow Canth's advice. Relaxing slowly back into his half-brother's embrace, he tries to find the panic and aversion to the whole thing. Finding nothing, he sighs. This will be awkward, but apparently, just in the normal way.

F'nor closes his eyes, listens to F'lar's soft breaths and drifts back into sleep. He'll figure it out when he wakes up again.

This is so great! I'm so glad I tracked this when the prompt came up. We need more Pern fic in this place.

Also, I love this line to bits and pieces... This will be awkward, but apparently, just in the normal way.

Haha. I'd always liked it, I only just now figured it out. And clearly you need to find more DRoP fans for friends.

It shall be awesome! (Though I don't know how good I'll be at filling your prompts.) And there isn't nearly enough slash in the series but at least there is some highly implied slash and that is better than no slash at all! :D

But still, you got it and that's more than I can say for most everyone else! I do in fact need more DRoP fans for friends but I'll settle for friends that enjoy reading fun, even if it's not DRoP.

Dude. I only just got my first fill for a prompt today. ANYTHING would be epic. And true. Some is better than none. <3
