Tuesday - Chosen Family

Hiya, it’s [livejournal.com profile] girlmarauders again and I’ll be your lovely host for today. Today’s theme is the family that we choose. Our favourite characters all have friends as close as or closer than their actual family. These odd relationships deserve a little love!

Rules are important folks!

-  Post no more than three prompts per fandom and no more than five prompts in a row. If someone fills a prompt, you're more than welcome to post some more prompts later in the day.

- No spoilers in prompts for at least seven days after the original airdate or publication date. If you have spoilers in your fic, please warn in bold and leave at least three spaces.

- The codemonkeys work very hard so let’s keep things simple and format our prompts correctly.

            Fandom, Pairing, Prompt.

Examples

·         White Collar, Neal, growing up

·         Torchwood, Jack, he builds his family out of soldier boys and lasses

Nothing catch your eye or intrigue your muse? Don’t forget the Lonely Prompts!

Doctor Who, Eleven/Amy/Rory, sometimes the ridiculously huge TARDIS doesn't seem big enough when they fight, but they always find their way back to each other in the end

a little off, but I hope you like :D

They don't fight often. But when they do, it's an all out screaming match. At some point one of them breaks off, and then they're all away on their own, finding their own respective corners to fume in.

The doctor grumbles and messes his hair, and always ends up back at the bridge of the TARDIS. Why should I find some corner to hide? he always reasons, it's my TARDIS.

Amy makes her way toward the kitchen, fuming that she's crying, they always make her cry when she's angry at them, and she HATES it. In the kitchen she ignores the stranger alien implements and heads straight toward the freezer, and the pint of haagen-dazs that was always waiting for her.

Rory doesn't go far. Amy and the doctor were the ones that fly off in a temper. So he wanders to the library, or just wanders, until he feels they've had enough time.

He knows better than to find Amy; if she's calmed down, she'll come back on her own. Instead he walks back to the bridge, where the doctor is waiting.

And when Amy comes back, dabbing at her eyes, they're all more than willing to kiss and make up.

Heh, n'aaaaaawww, I like how Rory's the level-headed one here. The other two, yeah, definitely hot tempered. The Doctor doesn't leave the console, HA! That's right, hon, it's yours. *giggle*

Thank you!
