Good morning, y'all! My name is jlsigman, and I'm your guest hostess for the week who is up way too early this morning thanks to a 6 month old kitten who loves the prompt. :-p

Today's prompt is: dawn. That wonderful time before the sun comes up. That terrible time when the night ends. Which way is it seen?

Doctor Who, Eleven/Amy/Rory, for some reason they thought he might never sleep (he's always so manic, & he's an alien, so maybe he doesn't need it, right?) but he sleeps like a damn ROCK... but they're determined to wake him up for the sunrise on this planet

Okay, so he *deserves* his rest and Rory will be the first to admit it but when the Doctor sinks down to sleep he sleeps like a rock. Rory amends that thought to himself as he tries once more to slip from the bed, only to have the other man tangle his limbs even more with his own. Right, less of a rock and more of a thing that clings to a rock. Limpet. The Doctor sleeps like a limpet. Which in itself is fairly endearing, mostly because it's generally Amy that's he's wrapped up in. Cuddly, heavy sleeping Amy on a 'morning' with nothing pressing to do. Not today. Today the Doctor is clinging to the non cuddler, fly away strands of his dark hair stuck to Rory's lips, breath warm behind Rory's ear, bare skin stuck to bare skin. Today the Doctor has his hair, breath, and skin stuck to a non cuddler ten minutes after the alarm has rung and if he doesn't manage to get the Time Lord off him in the next ten minutes they won't have a chance to see the famous Sunrises of this planet. Five suns, each of them breaking past the horizon at different points and times, changing the color of the sky with each addition. The locals say the changes sweep across the sky like a sheet of fire.

"Doctor?" He snorts and burrows in deeper. "Amy's on fire. I'm on fire. Damnit, we are all on fire!" The Doctor just tangles his fingers in the pillow case. He knows it's not fair, but desperate times call for desperate measures. "Amy, he says it's alright hon, just land her..."

"Amelia Pond, get your hands off my Tardis!" The Doctor is bellowing even as he leaps over Rory, stumbling as the sheet snags his foot. He's back before Rory can stop laughing enough to roll off the bed, sheet wrapped loosely around his waist. "You!"

"Oh look who decided to get up then." Amy peeks her head out of the en suite, water streaming off her hair and down her bare shoulder. "Who called me, what's wrong?"

"Nothing's wrong Amy. Just waking the Doctor up. Make room in the shower, sun's up soon."

"The Doctor sleeps like a limpet." HA!!! That's awesome. And awwwww Rory's a non-cuddler? And the Doctor's all octopussed around him. XD

Hehe, that's right, touch his TARDIS & he will flail out of a dead sleep to flog you.

This is awesome, thank you! I so rarely get my Doctor Who prompts filled, so I was fairly surprised to see this in my inbox. Thank you again! ♥
