Monday: Clichés
Hey guys, my name is

To start us off, the theme is clichés. For those of you that are unfamiliar with them, clichés are trite or overused expressions and phrases. Today it's time to reclaim some of the originality and breathe new life into old clichés!
Have fun and remember to follow the rules:
- Three prompts per fandom, and no more than five total. If one of your prompts is filled, you may post another.
- No spoilers for new shows/seasons until at least one week after airing.
- If your fill contains spoilers, please warn for it and leave enough space for people to pass by.
- Feel free to fill a prompt even if it is already filled, the more fic the merrier!
Feed the overworked codemonkeys correctly formatted prompts (and not overly long, don't write the story for them, inspire them):
- Leverage, Parker + Team, so hungry I could eat a horse
- Leverage, Team, a bit like closing the barn door after the horse escapes
- Vampire Diaries, Damon/Elena, finders keepers losers weepers
Nothing grab your interest? Our Lonely Prompts need love too!

It wasn't possible to stop time (not without the Key of Time which was currently scatted across the universe), but he felt as if he hit the breaks on the movement of the universe when a very very Young River Song grinned at him and asked, "Who are you?"
His synapses fired at the enormity of this meeting, the beginning of her timeline, before he said, "I'm the Doctor."
She lifted on eyebrow."The Doctor," she said, rolling it around on her tongue. "I'd suggest you run, Doctor."
He turned, to see what had to be guards running towards them in a three legged gallop. He tuned back to see River shimmy up a cable strung from the ceiling of the museum. She was always vague about the first time she met him, only that he saved her life. Looking up at the cable, there wasn't much choice but to follow.
His perception of time resumed as he pulled himself up, hoping the gun fire didn't hit him and that young River didn't run to far. Stopping time would come in handy right about now.
