Tuesday: Camera!

scarlet_gryphon, and I'm back with another theme for y'all.
Today’s theme is Camera! Does the click-click-click of a camera's shutter drive someone wild? What's seen through a camera's lens? You're deciding, so prompt away!
Some quick examples:
Stargate Atlantis, Lorne/Parrish, He never had to take a picture; every inch of his lover was captured in his mind's eye.
Warehouse 13, Claudia & Jinks, Claudia finds a photograph of his sister online, and finally understands why he's so protective of her.

It's not supposed to possible, but there it is: an angel's wings in all their glory.

Title: Wings (Dean/Cas, spoilers for 7x01)
Somehow, that's the first thing Dean notices -- not that there are wings in this picture of Cas, even though that's not supposed to happen, even though Dean's only ever seen shadows of them lit up by lightning, but here they are.
And they're tattered. Ashy-grey and tattered, and Dean wonders if that's from Cas's near Fall or if that's just the way his wings have always looked.
Caught up in it, Dean starts digging through the other, precious few photos he has of Cas, flipping through the album on his phone, and the wings are in every one of them -- wings that weren't there before. Dean knows; he took every one of these pictures except the one he's in, the one where he's leaning on Cas's shoulder with a beer and a smile, and there's a hesitant, sweet smile replying in Cas's eyes.
In that one, one of Cas's wings is wrapped around him like an embrace, and he shivers to see it now.
He shivers because Cas is gone, has been gone for three fucking months now, and this in a lot of ways is worse than the shadows of wings on pavement ever could've been. Because these aren't shadows but the real thing, beautiful and comforting and saying more than any words between them ever could.
He wishes he could've seen these wings when Cas was still here, wishes he could've touched them and run his fingers through them in the dim light of a nighttime motel room.
Instead, all he has are pictures.

I've got a favor to ask. I'm trying to collect all of the fics written for my prompts in one place. I'm putting them together in a "story" called "My Prompts, Thier Fics" on Archive of Our Own. I don't want to post anything without the author's permission. If you'd rather I didn't post it, I understand.
