But somehow, knowing that tonight – right now – he’s undressing the first time with someone he cares for, who is almost 20 years younger, is a little intimidating.
Dave and Spencer have been kind-of dating for a few weeks. It’s hard to say exactly, as they have one date and then go on a case for a week. Then a date and then two weeks on a case. But they already know almost everything about each other and the dates they manage to go on have been great.
Dave knows Spencer likes his goatee and his hair. When they kiss, Spencer undoes buttons on Dave’s shirt and gently plays with the hair on his chest. However, Dave knows he could lose a bit of weight; he’s pretty soft around the belly. And gray hair on your head is distinguished and sexy; gray hair on your chest, maybe not so much
But it’s hard to concentrate on being self-conscious when Spencer is kissing him and murmuring as he pulls off Dave’s belt. When he pulls Dave down the hall, tossing his sweater on the floor, it becomes harder to worry about how he looks when Dave concentrates on Spencer’s long legs and surprisingly muscular arms.
Spencer finishes undressing Dave, and pushes him on the bed, straddling his lap. Dave has one more second of concern when Spencer leans back and chuckles. But then he says, “My god, Dave, you’re perfect.” And Dave feels perfect.
