No spoilers in the prompts and if your fill has spoilers, please warn and and leave at least three spaces

Format:

If you don't like today's theme, look at the lonely prompts.

Enjoy!

Couldn't get the ghost!Fingon in there, and there's nothing specific about how Fingon actually died. This isn't really AU, unless you count Maedhros going mad. I can fix it if it's not AU enough for you. Let me know :)

---

Maitimo’s expression is so leaden that the servants dare not approach him, trusting to time and social custom to bring him out of his stupor. But he broods for days, wandering out in foul weather: thunder, snow and darkness match his mood. More than once he comes home bruised by Himring’s frequent hailstorms. His brother will know what to do, they whisper, but Macalaure is away on campaign against further stirrings in the north. So there is no one to feed Maitimo broth, sing him nonsense lullabies and coax him gently through grief. The madness keeps smouldering, leaving him threadbare.

Ah! Thank you! Maedhros is properly Heathcliffy here. And not without cause.
