Dies Mercurii - A Picture Tells 1000 words
Hi, dudes! I'm
doreyg, and this is day three of me! (...Please ignore that.) Anyhow, today I thought I'd break from the whole word theme and go for something a little different: Picture Prompts. Pick any picture and match it to a fandom/pairing/character!
Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
If your prompt or fill contains anything that can be a trigger for the reader, please add a warning for that to give the reader the chance to decide if they want to read or not.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing. Use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the above mentioned spoiler cut.
Prompts should be formatted as follows: [Use the character's full names and fandom's full name]
Fandom, Character +/ Character, Prompt

We are now using AO3 to bookmark filled prompts. If you fill a prompt and post it to AO3 please add it to the Bite Sized Bits of Fic from 2015 collection. See further notes on this new option here.
Not feeling any of today’s prompts? Check out the just created Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet. For more recent prompts to write, you can also use LJ’s advanced search options to limit keyword results to only comments in this community.
While the Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet and LJ's advanced search options are available, bookmarking the links of prompts you like might work better for searching for in the future. Because, let's face it, LJ's Advanced Search is about as useful as a spoon in a nuclear power plant.

Kuroshitsuji, Sebastian Michaelis (pre-series)
He decides to practice his cooking. His palate is never fully going to adjust to fit this human form, a fact he's grateful for, but it does mean he has a lot to learn when it comes to pleasing his fussy young lord.
He's putting the finishing touches on a breakfast practice run when he hears the scream. There's no one besides his young master in the manor, so he knows it's only the nightmares again. If he goes to check on him, the odds are about 50/50 whether he'll be ordered to stay or go.
He sighs and picks up the candelabra before making his way back upstairs.
He can hear the boy trying to stifle his whimpering from halfway down the hall. The sound awakens the ever-present hunger, and he licks his lips almost without thinking.
The soul of someone so young and so damaged... It would already be tasty enough. By the time the terms of the contract have been met, he'll have spiced and seasoned it to perfection - a much more enjoyable result than the sad breakfast he's left cooling downstairs.
All of this will be more than worth it, in the end.
