XMFC or MCU, Charles/Erik or Tony/any male, Erik (or any) is a spy sent to gather information on scientist Charles (or Tony) and possibly coerce him into being an asset for the spy agency; Charles (or Tony) figures out that he's a spy but lets the relationship grow closer anyway, hoping that love will outweigh the spy's previous loyalties
