Tuesday - On The Road

Hey everyone! I'm [personal profile] be_themoon , guest-hosting this week. Firstly, thanks to [profile] monica_catch22 for stepping in for me yesterday. Secondly! Today's theme is On The Road - road trips, commuting to work, driving home for the holidays, going across country for a job - any way you want to spin it!

You guys know the rules: No more than 5 prompts, and only 3 prompts per fandom unless someone answers one of your prompts.

No spoilers in your prompt until a week after air-date - if there are spoilers in your story, you need to warn and leave three spaces.

And of course, remember the format! Fandom, Character/Character, prompt.

Supernatural, Dean/Castiel, three hundred miles to the next job
Chronicles of Narnia, Susan, she doesn't take the train anymore
Merlin, author's choice, road trip AU

If none of the prompts catch your interest, take a gander at the Lonely Prompts Listing on delicious and adopt a few!

Because I catch up at the CBS site I've been watching NCIS first so that I still have LA to look forward to. I am enjoying both but maybe it's just the newness of NCIS: LA, Chris O'Donnell might have something to do with it :)

I enjoyed last night's NCIS and McGee/Seán looked gorgeous. About to watch LA now. Thanks again for writing it.

I have finally watched and while I did enjoy this weeks episode of NCIS, I think the Ziva arc has really made it harder for me to watch NCIS. But I'm hanging in there. :) And you know, Sean Murray looking so frickin' hot is making it a LOT easier.

As for NCIS:LA, while Chris and LL make it even more enjoyable, I find that I'm really enjoying the entire cast. Hetty is a hoot, and I really love Dominic. I think its easy to see in every episode that the cast is truly enjoying themselves.

Seán seems to get hotter the older he gets. I like Ziva but I know some fans don't. To me it seemed more believable than her instantly getting a job.

It was good for Dominic to get his own story. I hope it gets picked up for more seasons.

The problem I have with the Ziva arc, is that it is exactly what made me not like Ziva. Too many things that happened in that arc contradicted the backstory and characterizations we'd been given up to that point. But, that's just my opinion. :)

And yes, Sean Murray has gotten hotter over the seasons. But it seems the wardrobe dept has clued in too, because he's been looking quite snazzy lately. I think he might've given Michael a run for his money a few times.

I really enjoyed Dominic having his own story. And I love the way Adam Jamal Craig portrays Dom. Very understated and believable.

They could possibly have done the Ziva arc a little quicker but if she'd just switched from Mossad to NCIS with no issues I'd have been a bit disbelieveing. Each to their own though because if everyone had the same opinions it could get boring real quickly.

I think Seán is undergoing the Mark Harmon effect where age only makes him better. Michael and Mark are both still looking lovely. I really liked the jeans/jacket combo on McGee this week.

I must admit I hadn't paid all the much attention to Dominic as Sam and Callen have really been to the forefront so far but I'm hoping that everyone gets a chance for a story. The team dynamic is important to me.

Nice Garcia icon btw. I could see her and Abby getting along so well.
