When Steve was a young man, before he went into the ice had fallen hard for Peggy. She was a one in a million, as he liked to say, and he wanted to give her everything. He wanted to give her everything; happiness, a family, and a home to call her own in a peaceful world. How, though, things were different, he was a man out of time, in a world that had kept going without him.
