"When are you going to take down the Christmas decorations?" Willow peered at her computer screen, showing Buffy in her little apartment, tree still up, lights still lit.
Buffy shrugged. "I thought I ought to wait for Dawn."
To help take them down? To see them in the first place? Willow wondered which was the appropriate answer - and more that she didn't really want to know. "Tell you what, I can pop over this weekend." Literally. From a dimension away. Amazing she could make computers work like this. "And we'll do an old-fashioned girls' night."
"Are you saying you want me to take down my decorations?" The corner of Buffy's mouth curled up, matching her raised eyebrows.
"Well...it is April and you ought to be trading them out for Easter or at least, spring-y decorations. Fresh flowers. Eggs."
Neither of them mentioned bunnies.
Buffy sighed but it sounded less annoyed and a lot more patently-grumbly-Slayerish-caving-in-with-a-whole-heaping-load-of-happy. "I guess I'd better get my spare bedroom ready."
They grinned at each other.
"Oh, oh." Willow raised a finger importantly. "And snacks."
"Of the Jewish holiday approval list?"
Willow wrinkled her nose. "You know I want Cadbury mini-eggs and jelly beans."
Buffy nodded, of course she did. "See you soon, Will."
"See you, Buffy." Willow broke the connection, already planning on what she'd take for the visit.
