Bite Sized Bits of Fic

Lassiter did weird things on his anniversary. (The anniversary he shared with his ex-wife. The day they pledged themselves to each other "'til death". He didn't know then that you could be alive and dead at the same time.) After they broke up, Lassiter did even weirder things. Like drink to the point where the sky and the ground were the same thing. Or kiss Spencer. Or sleep in late so that he misses half his work day. Or have sex with Spencer. Or not think about a case once he gets home (Lassiter nearly had a heart attack when he realized that had happened). Or confess his extreme fondness for Spencer to both himself and Spencer. Or even appreciate the ocean when he eats lunch on his bench with O'Hara. Or promise to spend the rest of his life (again) with someone he knows will never give up on him (Spencer is too stubborn and likes to annoy Lassiter too much to do that).
