I refuse to get sucked into over analyzing tv shows. it takes the fun out of watching it for me.

I will, however, give my thoughts of an episode while I'm watching it, or after I've watched it.

I'm not going to do something that feels like a homework assignment, because I do enough of that already.

in closing: my episode summaries are more stream of thought type things. But there was that one time when I actually stopped and thought about something and analyzed it and it gave me a headache. plus I could never properly explain myself when others questioned me. Look, I know what I mean and I'm sorry I'm having a hard time explaining what I mean. I suck.

Why am I not sleeping? its 2 am

Welcome to Day 3 of Metaltron's Prompts!

Today's theme is It Wouldn't Be Cricket! Which simply put is a fancy way of saying all things English! Whether or not your muses are actually from the tea-drinking, cricket-loving, green and (relatively) pleasant land I come from, today they'll be embracing their English side! Maybe they're enjoying a hearty English Breakfast, visiting the English Countryside, Cities or Coast, or just doing something very apparently English! (though were you to actually ask an Englishman they'd probably say they didn't do it.)

Here of course once again are those pesky Prompt Rules via the great god Copy and Paste:
  1. No more than 5 prompts in a row, and no more than 3 prompts per fandom. However, if one of your prompts is filled, you may prompt again!
  2. No spoilers in your prompts until 1 week after the original air/publication date.
  3. If there are spoilers in your response, please warn in bold and leave at least 3 spaces. After that, it’s totally their fault.
  4. Remember to format your prompts appropriately and keep them to a reasonable length. For example:
  • Marvel, Captain Britain & Any American Super Hero, Brian amuses his counterpart by doing something only an Englishman does.
  • Doctor Who, Any Doctor & Any Companion, "What do you mean you don't drink tea?! You're English!"
  • Torchwood, Rex & Gwen, "So you punch anyone who calls you English, huh?"

I had lots of inspiration for other graphics, but these, I just wasn’t feeling it…and I think it showed in some of my work. I’d scrap them all, but the deadline is coming up and I have other things I need to concentrate on.

Here’s hoping these don’t completely suck.

watching the commentary of episode 1 of Hawaii Five-0.

A lot of what they're saying is interesting , but I actually want to WATCH/LISTEN to the episode. I don't think commentary is for me - at least not this particular one.

long live the cargument!

I never noticed a lot of the stuff they mentioned.

I love the scene where Danny, Chin and Steve first meet Kono and Danny and Kono hold the hand shake for longer than necessary. I could never tell what Chin said. I'll have to go back and watch/listen to that part eta okay, listened to what Chin said during the extended hand shake. ha! "that's good brah" Danny is totally smitten by Kono. it's cute. (okay, whatever. even if he isn't smitten, there's a reason behind the extended handshake. wish it would have been mentioned in the commentary
