Today's theme is sacrifice. The meanings range from offerings made to deities to offering one’s own life to save others, even including the sacrifice fly in baseball. Any kind of sacrifice – even something as simple as giving up the last piece of cake to make someone else happy – can be prompted today.

Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and the fandom's full name
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here. Unfortunately, DW doesn’t have a cut tag, so use your best judgment when it comes to spoilers.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the above-mentioned spoiler cut.

Some examples to get the ball rolling...
+ Hawaii Five-0, any, write a story from the perspective of the person who made the true sacrifice.
+ Teen Wolf, any, write a story where the main character must choose between saving the world and keeping the one thing that gives their life meaning.
+ The Librarians, any, what are you willing to lose to save someone who might not want to be saved?
