so I watch a lot of Manhunters: Fugitive Task Force and lately I've had this plot bunny of an idea that just can't seem to leave me alone.
of course this means I have to look up whether my idea would actually work, and I don't know if it will...without flubbing/magic wand waving.
As far as I can tell, the Fugitive Task Force works with various government agencies, however, the CIA isn't one of those and if my memory is correct, the CIA is who interviews/interrogates foreign nationals/criminals or whatever - which Wo Fat is (he is Chinese, right? or he was on the original show). If I can somehow make it to where it's the FBI who's doing the searching, then I can bring in the Fugitive Task Force and make my fic idea work
in further reading about the Fugitive Task Force, I see that they work with the Newark Police Department. So I says, "Hmm who do I know who could have worked there?" Danny of course! With some tweaking to my idea, I have the connection for bringing these 2 worlds together. So awesome!
