I'd like to see more challenges with prizes, even if it's just a Most Lonely Prompts Filled banner. It's a good incentive and I think it would encourage people to fill the Lonely Prompts.
Also, as a small fandom writer myself (Gormenghast, Yami no Matsuei), I have to admit, sometimes the coverage that the Big Name Fandoms get is enough to break my heart, so I'd like to see more small fandom days.
Also, I think the filled prompts need to be split off into their own Delicious account, since I think that's partly why the Index can be so hard to load, even if you have a high speed Internet connection. I'm on a fiber optic service and it sometimes takes forever to load or it makes my browser freeze temporarily.
