Tuesday: Meat

Hi, everyone! I’m templefugate, and I'm your host this week. As a reminder, we are using a new posting schedule. Sundays are for Lonely Prompts and sharing the fills that you completed during the week, Tuesdays and Thursdays are for new themes and prompts, and Saturdays will remain a Free for All.

Today's theme is meat, the most controversial yet often most enticing food type. Prompts should have something to do with meat, be it the usual chicken, pork, beef, and fish varieties or something more exotic and/or fantastical.

Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and the fandom's full name
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the above-mentioned spoiler cut.

Waiting for Jill to wake up had everyone on edge even more than the dangers outside. It didn't help that none of them had stopped for more than two minutes in so many hours that they couldn't sit still.

In Carlos's hand was a dog-eared copy Condensed Chicken Soup for the Soul that he must have found in one of the hospital's waiting rooms. Sherry silently took it with a small tilt to her head and a glance at Claire, who merely shrugged in response. It was better than a trashy gossip magazine, she supposed.
