Living without something for five years makes you appreciate it so much more, it's almost mindblowing. The food on Earth is wonderful. The hot showers, the quick transportation, the books, the having conversation with people who don't want to kill you. It's all so great.
But the music... Maybe it's just the way it's presented, but it's like Gunn knows every awesome song ever, and he only ever plays her the good ones.
They cuddle up in the front seat of his truck and drain thermoses of coffee and eat their weight in Chinese food and, yeah, watch out for evil demons while he reminds her of what she missed.
The music is better than she remembered, but it doesn't even compare to falling in love.
