“Bit of cream on your face,” Sherlock murmurs, swiping his thumb across John’s nose, his eyes on John as he sucks the cream off his finger.

Ambiguous pronouns galore! \o/ I intended it to be all the pronouns in the last bit to refer to Sherlock, but interpret however you want. ;D
