There are two ways for this to end. Bucky surrendered himself to the American government three days ago, even after Steve had said, You touch him, you die. But he let Bucky go. It was what Bucky wanted.
The agents that secreted him away, though, they’re Hydra straight to the core, and they’re all going to die.
