Tuesday: Favorite beverages
Oct. 10th, 2017 07:00 amGreetings, Earthlings! Today is Tuesday. I’m
sharpiesgal. Yesterday we had a good turn out, so let’s see what we can come up with for today.
My final theme will be Favorite beverages. Prompts can be anything, so go ahead and get creative.
The rules are as follows:
1. No more than five prompts in a row.
2. No more than three prompts in a fandom.
3. Use the character's full name and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
4. If your prompt or fill contains anything that can be a trigger for the reader, please add a warning for that to give the reader the chance to decide if they want to read or not.
5. No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing. Use the spoiler cut option found here.
6. If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the above mentioned spoiler cut.
Prompts should be formatted as follows:
Fandom, Character+/Character, Prompt
Some examples to get the juices flowing:
CSI: Miami/Enterprise, Horatio Caine/Charles “Trip” Tucker, scotch vs. bourbon
MCU, Phil Coulson/Clint Barton, hot Earl Grey Tea after a hard day of ass kicking
Iron Man 2, Tony Stark/Natasha Romanov, she catches Tony drinking chocolate milk late at night
We are now using AO3 to bookmark filled prompts. If you fill a prompt and post it to AO3 please add it to the Bite Sized Bits of Fic from 2017 collection. See further notes on this new option here.
Not feeling any of today’s prompts? Check out the just created Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet. For more recent prompts to write, you can also use LJ’s advanced search options to limit keyword results to only comments in this community.
While the Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet and LJ's advanced search options are available, bookmarking the links of prompts you like might work better for searching for in the future.

“There.”
Roy looked at the steaming beverage that suddenly appeared just under his nose. He smelled the sugar, mixed with the cocoa’s bitterness.
He didn’t drink hot cocoa since he was a child at Madam Christmas’ brothel; he switched to coffee in his early teens, being told by the girls that it was a ‘grown man’s drink’, and he could barely stand the sweetness of sugar by now. He raised his eyes to look at the owner of the metallic hand that offered him the drink.
“It’s cold outside.”
The gesture warmed his heart more than a beverage ever could.

I'm sorry its so short^^" hope you liked it...

Date: 2017-10-10 05:12 pm (UTC)Fill: Addicted [Torchwood: Jack/Ianto: PG]
Date: 2017-10-10 07:26 pm (UTC)Jack’s always liked coffee, but ever since he caved and invited Ianto to join the team, his liking for coffee has turned into a full-on passionate love affair.
Now, even the best of other coffees is a poor reflection of the divine nectar served by Ianto Jones. It’s no mere hyperbole to call it an orgasm in a cup; it sets his taste buds dancing, and reaches the parts that other coffees can’t. It’s extraordinarily stimulating, and yes, that is indeed a satisfied smirk on Jack’s face. He’s in coffee heaven.
Of course, it doesn’t hurt that Ianto Jones, King of Coffee, is proving to be every bit as addictive as his heavenly brew. In fact at this point, despite being immortal, Jack is convinced he couldn’t survive without either one. Every time he comes back from death, to a loving kiss and a perfect cup of coffee, he feels more alive than he ever has before.
It must be love!
The End

Teen Wolf Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
Date: 2017-10-11 01:36 am (UTC)With a smile he looked up at her. "Ah, I'll have a salted Caramel Hot Chocolate, please." He handed the waitress the menu with a 'thanks'. She turned on her heel and headed back to the kitchen to place his order. A few minutes later, she was back and placed the drink in front of him. He thanked her and went back to reading.
Stiles grabbed a pen and scribbled a few notes on the chapter he was reading. He glanced at his phone again, hoping that Derek had texted him by now. He frowned again when he saw that his phone was quiet and text free. With a sigh he went back to reading and taking notes. He glanced at his watched, wondering what time it was but not really caring.
Stiles reached for his drink, only to swipe at air. He looked up, expecting to see his drink on the table but it wasn't.
"Hmm, this is good. What flavor did you order?" Stiles looked over at the previously empty chair. Derek sat, sipping Stiles' drink. Derek gave him a sly smile and then took another sip of the drink.
"You know, that's supposed to be mine. I ordered it." Stiles said, with a slight pout.
Derek leaned forward as he placed the drink down on the table. He moved his chair close see to Stiles and grabbed Stiles by the front of his shirt pulling him closer. He watched as Stiles licked his lips in anticipation. Moving closer Derek crowded into Stiles' space and crashed his lips against Stiles'. They didn't pull apart from each other until the need to breathe was too great. Stiles look d at Derek and then down at the drink.
"Salted Caramel." He said coyly. "Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate to be precise."
Derek reached over and ran his thumb over Stiles' lips. "It's good, I like it. But, not as much as you."
