Hello, everyone. I’m
simplyn2deep and today's theme is all about Proposals. That doesn't mean all of your prompts have to be about someone proposing marriage, though I'm certainly not going to argue if anyone does.
Proposal: a plan or suggestion, especially a formal or written one, put forward for consideration by others.
Synonyms: scheme, plan, project, programme, manifesto, motion, bid, proposition, presentation, submission, approach, suggestion, overture, draft, recommendation, tender
BUT DON'T GIVE YOUR RESPONSE JUST YET! THERE'S MORE ABOUT THESE PROPOSALS FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK!
*clears throat* Sorry for yelling. I needed to make sure I had your attention.
Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the spoiler cut.
If there are possible triggers in your story, please warn for them in the subject line!
Prompts should be formatted as follows: [Use the character's full names and fandom's full name]
Fandom, Character +/ Character, Prompt
Some examples to get the ball rolling...
+ Hawaii Five-0, Steve McGarrett/Danny Williams, they propose to each other...at the same time
+ Any, Any +/ Any, Character A would like to start their own business but needs help; Enter Character B with a proposal
+ Hawaii Five-0, Tani Rey/Junior Reigns, “You know this is never going to work…your plans always suck.” – “Fine, what do you propose we do?”
We use AO3 to bookmark filled prompts. If you fill a prompt and post it to AO3 please add it to the Bite Sized Bits of Fic from 2019 collection. See further notes on this new option here.
Not feeling any of today’s prompts? Check out Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet 1 (not very current), Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet 2, or the Calendar Archives, or for more recent prompts, you can use LJ's advanced search options to find prompts to request and/or fill.
While the Lonely Prompts Spreadsheets and LJ's advanced search options are available, bookmarking the links of prompts you like might work better for searching for in the future.
Also, there are plenty of open hosting dates. Please check out the Guest Host entry to sign up (if you feel like it).

Date: 2019-07-29 03:03 pm (UTC)Given (anime), Satou Mafuya/Uenoyama Ritsuka
Date: 2019-11-03 11:46 pm (UTC)He got out his cell phone, trying not to make it obvious and texted, 'This class is so boring.'
Less than a minute later, a new text silently popped up. 'Tell me about it.'
Mafuyu smiled, fingers hovering over the keypad. A thought popped in his head, and at first, he immediately dismissed it, but - sitting there, listening to the instructor drone on, all he could think about was Ritsuka's reaction. Two years of dating, and it was still so easy to embarrass his boyfriend.
Should he, though? It was definitely not something he'd normally do. It was more like something Yuuki, Mafuyu's first love, would've done. Had done. More than once.
Mafuyu took a breath, typed out 'Let's have sex in my dorm room after', and hit send before he could think about it too much.
He could picture, in the silence that followed, the internal meltdown, possibly with unintended sound effects, as Ritsuka tried to appear as calm as possible. At the very least, he was definitely blushing.
Five whole minutes later, a new text appeared. 'Don't do that ever again!'
He bit his lip hard to hold back the laughter. 'Is that a no?' he immediately sent back.
Ritsuka sent an annoyed emoticon, then, 'My class is over in 7 minutes.'
Mafuyu cursed the fact that both exit doors were in front, to either side of the instructor.
'36 for me. Be there as soon as I can' he typed back, and didn't hear much of anything for the rest of class.
