Heya, folks, seasons greetings and all that crap. It be Friday, so we get some room to play today! The sky is the limit, as it were, except for a few rules we need to just remind y'all about:
NO spoilers in prompts for at least one week after airing. Also, if your response contains spoilers, please warn for them and leave at least 3 empty lines before starting your fic.
Also, to make sure everyone gets a chance to prompt... no more than five prompts in a row, no more than 3 per fandom. You can always come back and prompt more after yours have been answered.
Please remember to be kind to you code monkeys (who work hard at a job that is time consuming) and code your prompts properly (fandom, pairing, prompt).
Examples:
Numb3rs, Colby/Charlie, The first time Colby called him "Professor"
Criminal Minds/Leverage, Reid/Eliot, "It's getting hot in here..."
Don't see anything that whets your appetite? Check out our lonely prompts archive here on delicious for some amazing ideas that just haven't been given homes yet.
Also, gird your loins, because next week is the start of yet another Quarterly Year Challenge, where we give you no prompts but instead offer lovely prizes to get you to write some of the prompts piling up in our archives.
Ready? Prompt!

Date: 2009-12-12 10:26 am (UTC)"Good for you," James mumbled and put a hand over his eyes to block out the daylight and promptly went back to sleep.
Sirius shrugged and left him to it. He tossed his Gryffindor scarf around his neck and grabbed a spare cloak. It was six o'clock in the morning when he strolled out into the grounds. Not usually an hour he saw unless he was coming in from a night out.
It was nearing the Christmas holidays and there was a heavy frost on the grounds. He wasn't going to the Potter's like usual, nor was James. They were staying on at school to give Remus a Christmas surprise. Remus was stuck as a werewolf on Christmas Eve and Peter had just managed his second transformation the night before. Sirius was cocky enough to believe they would all be in the Shack with Remus.
Before he reached the Whompimg Willow, Sirius picked up a stick. He skipped and jumped his way through the branches to touch the tree and still the branches long enough for him to get through. There was a bright light in his eyes as he went down the corridor that had more to do with surprising Remus than the adrenalin thrill of getting down without a scratch.
Up in the bedroom of the Shack he saw Remus curled in a corner. His clothes were torn and there were marks on his body from scratching and biting himself during the night. Sirius swore colourfully in his head. What did a quiet guy like Remus do to deserve this?
"Remus," he said softly as he placed a hand on his friend's shoulder. "You're freezing," he added in surprised and quickly pulled the spare cloak around Remus' shoulder. He pulled Remus against him to warm him up.
"Siri...?" Remus began puzzled. He couldn't remember his arrogant, smooth friend making a gesture like that or speaking so softly. But his words were cut off as Sirius kissed him. His cheeks warmed up under the kiss and as he returned the kiss, he managed to forget for one blissful minute that he was a werewolf.
