comment_ficGrettings, my dears! I come to you (at a reasonable hour) with Wednesday's theme, that is PETS! Maybe your favourite characters unexpectedly acquire a kitten, maybe one of your faves is someone's pet, maybe there's a pet POV fic in there somewhere ;)
Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the spoiler cut.
If there are possible triggers in your story, please warn for them in the subject line!

Some examples to get the ball rolling...
+ Good Omens (Book or TV), Aziraphale/Crowley, Aziraphale has learned everything he can find about care of snakes
+ Any (please no SPN), any, unexpected pet dragon
+ Star Trek (any tv), any, going to the shelter to get a pet (dog, cat, sehlat, dragon...)

Ianto rolled his eyes. “Yes, of course, because everyone in the history of Wales has been taught the fine art of dragon care from infancy; it’s an important part of the school curriculum, with exams and everything.” Sarcasm fairly dripped off him.
“You don’t have to be snippy about it!”
“How do you expect me to react? Dragons are supposed to be mythical creatures!”
“I just thought you’d have a better idea of what he needs than I do.” If there were medals for pouting Jack would have taken gold every time.
“Well I don’t! I’m as much in the dark as you are!”
“You seem to be doing an excellent job. I think he likes you.”
“That’s hardly the point!”
“And he looks really healthy.”
Ianto looked at the dragon, with his plump body and glossy orange scales.
“Rowr,” Herman agreed, stretching his wings to show how supple and unblemished they were; baby oil was doing his skin the world of good. It wasn’t doing a bad job on Ianto’s hands either.
Once again Ianto could feel himself losing the battle.
“The least you could do is help with the feeding and cleaning, maybe oil him once in a while. I shouldn’t have to do everything.”
“I guess I could take him walkies more often.”
“You’ve been taking him out of the Hub?” Ianto stared at his lover in horror.
“Only after dark, he’s very well behaved, except he likes chasing cats.”
Ianto groaned. “There’s no way this is going to end well.”
