squidgiepdx and today's theme is travel. Traveling across town to go meet a friend? Or how about traveling across two galaxies to a new Earth outpost (Hello, Stargate: Atlantis!)? I think that would count as travel, wouldn't you? Whatever your feelings or images of travel are, this is the place to post your prompts - and fill a few, too!
Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the spoiler cut.
If there are possible triggers in your story, please warn for them in the subject line!

Lucas had been sitting quietly in the corner, but then he said, “I was wondering. What if Wes and I left as originally planned and took a roundabout route, a sort of road trip, and you took the sleeper train and we all arrived together?”
Wes brightened instantly. “Could we, Dad?”
“If Lucas is happy taking you, then I don’t see why not. What sort of places were you thinking of visiting?”
“Castles, maybe a theme park,” Lucas said.
“Can we go to the beach?” Wes asked.
“Definitely and eat ice cream every day.”
“A zoo?”
“Oh, yes!”
Adam laughed. “Right, well, I’ll leave you two to plan your itinerary. And do remember it’s only four days, you may have to be slightly selective.”
Wes and Lucas merely grinned at him and returned to their discussion.
