Hello, everyone. I’m

cornerofmadness and for the next two weeks it’s all about the tropes. I plucked some pretty well used ones and mixed them up with some that maybe aren’t used quite as much. I hope you enjoy. Today's theme is Pastfic/backstory. How did our faves get to where we see them in canon? Let’s go explore that. They have plenty of story in their past.

Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the spoiler cut.
If there are possible triggers in your story, please warn for them in the subject line!

Some examples to get the ball rolling...
+ Prodigal Son, Gil & Jackie Arroyo, how do they meet?
+ Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angelus/Darla, Spike/Drusilla, they pay Dublin a visit
+ Prodigal Son, Gil Arroyo & any or all of the Whitlys, the first time Jessica calls him to come talk to Malcolm to settle him.
