momma_66 and today we're diving into the world of
Spyfi.
Prompts can be fandoms that fall in this subgenre or AUs for your preferred fandom and characters.
"A subgenre of science fiction in which there is espionage, high-tech duels, and over-the-top gadgets. There is less focus on the science behind the gadgets as what can be done with them. The plot often focuses on the glamour, adventure, and daring attitude of spies (think, James Bond), including romantic interludes with beautiful women.." - servicescape
Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the above mentioned spoiler cut.

Date: 2021-04-03 04:51 am (UTC)“Fox’s U-Bet syrup?” the bartender asked.
“Of course. Stirred, not shaken.”
Bucky turned to survey the room. The party was in full swing, an ode to Old New York with all the glitz and glam that implied. (He suspected the parts of New York they were celebrating were a lot more upscale than the Brooklyn streets he grew up on.)
It didn’t take Bucky long to spot his target. The city’s most notorious playboy was commanding a crowd of avid hangers-on: women dripping with diamonds, men in crisp tuxedos, all of them with an avaricious gleam in their eyes.
The bartender set the egg cream on the bar, and Bucky slid him a hefty tip. He took a sip, nodding his appreciation for the bubbly, creamy, chocolatey concoction. He’d had enough piss-poor egg creams to be able to appreciate a well-made one.
Bucky waited until the target looked over, caught his eye. He raised his glass and one eyebrow, then slowly turned away. The goal was for the target to come to him, not vice versa. It always worked.
“Hey. Have we met?”
“You’d remember if we had.” Bucky tipped his head. “The name’s Barnes. James Barnes.”
“Steve Rogers, which you must know since this is my party. Pretty sure you weren’t on the guest list.”
Bucky shrugged. “You made a mistake. It happens.”
Steve’s lips twitched like he wanted to smile. “What do you bring to my party that no-one else does?”
“Just me.”
Bucky leaned against the bar and let Steve get a good look at what was on offer. His plan was start with the flirting, eventually get Steve to invite him upstairs where the office was, maybe –
Steve kissed him, pulling their bodies flush and nearly upsetting the egg cream Bucky still held in his hand.
“Aw, man!” Bucky complained when Steve pulled back. “I had stuff planned! Sexy espionage stuff.”
“Your fault for looking so good in a tux.”
“Are you two seriously roleplaying at my charity event?” Stark looked more amused than annoyed, glass of champagne in his hand. “Get a room, double-oh-negative.”
“You heard the man,” Steve said, grinning widely. “Let’s go upstairs. You can seduce me out of anything you want.”
Bucky wasn’t about to argue with that. Peeling Steve out of his tuxedo would be a party all in itself.
“Show me your lair, Mr. Rogers.”
“Is that what the kids are calling it these days?” Stark muttered.
They were in mixed company, so Bucky refrained from telling Stark to go fuck himself. It was a close thing, though.
“Let’s go, Mr. Barnes. And bring the egg cream.”
Bucky grinned. James Bond never had it so good.
