I genuinely thought you had to order iced beverages specifically and that hot was the default, but maybe that's just how it is in Ireland, lol. Although I do remember my parents always had to specify tea *with milk* when they ordered tea in Switzerland, so it probably is just an Irish thing XD

Hot is the default normally but it's summer so maybe they thought cold should be. We don't milk our tea which ironically turns out to be a good thing (milk inactivates the healthy flavanoids)

She huffed, though the noise was largely lost in the twisted knot of the fuzzy blue scarf masking her face from the nose down. Raising her free gloved hand to pull it down to her neck and placing her Radu's order down with the other, she met Clark's gaze. "I'm afraid I made a little mistake this morning."

"Oh?" Clark pushed his glasses up his nose. "What seems to be the issue?"

"Apparently, I should have been a bit more specific when asking for a mocha."

He shrugged. "Sounds like an honest mistake to me."

"I'm not so sure." Her nose wrinkled. "I must have done something to piss my barista off, because she used soy milk."

At night, they sit on the porch swing, under a twinkling sky, side by side cozy under a blanket, looking up at into the night. As a shooting star shot across the sky, Ian laces their fingers together and holds Mickey's hand, “Make a wish.”

Mickey shakes his head, “I don’t need to make a wish,” he grins, already leaning in to kiss Ian as he whispers, “I already have all I could ever want.”

He smiles into the loving kiss Ian gives him, giving Ian's hand a gentle squeeze as a shooting star sails across the sky.
