Happy Friday, y'all! This is
canonisrelative bowing out for the week and today's theme is Canon Cpmpliant. To be honest I don't really remember what I was thinking for this when I signed up, so I invite you to interpret it broadly. Basically, not-AU, I guess? And maybe bonus points for prompts that tie in with a specific point in canon. Have fun.
Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the above mentioned spoiler cut.
Prompts should be formatted as follows: [Use the character's full names and fandom's full name]
Fandom, Character +/ Character, Prompt
Some examples to get the ball rolling...
+ Bones, Author's choice or ensemble, Anything set in the immediate aftermath of 'The Pain in the Heart'
+ Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Buffy Summers + Joyce Summers, Packing for college
+ Star Wars (Obi-Wan Kenobi), Young Leia Organa, Climbing trees and carefree adventures with Lola
We are now using AO3 to bookmark filled prompts. If you fill a prompt and post it to AO3 please add it to the Bite Sized Bits of Fic from 2022 collection. See further notes on this new option here.
Not feeling any of today’s prompts? Check out the just created Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet. For more recent prompts to write, you can also use LJ’s advanced search options to limit keyword results to only comments in this community.
While the Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet and LJ's advanced search options are available, bookmarking the links of prompts you like might work better for searching for in the future.

Date: 2022-06-17 03:39 pm (UTC)“I don’t know,” Henry replied.
“But you know it will happen.”
“That doesn’t mean I have to think about it.”
“I’m going to write to Jo. She deserves to know the truth. I’ll leave the letter with you to give to her at the appropriate time. Then it will be up to you whether you pass it on or not.”
“How am I supposed to do that?”
“She’ll want to help. I don’t think you’ll be able to prevent her. She understands about mourning. She’ll be tactful. I think you’ll find you need her.”
