Tuesday: The Letters O, P, & Q

'sup, y'all. I’m tigriswolf and today's theme is still letters--this time, however, the letters are O, P, and Q. Prompts can be anything to do with the letters: characters whose names start with those letters, words beginning with the letters, etc.

Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and the fandom's full name
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the above-mentioned spoiler cut.

"Where are you going?"

Gordon pauses shoving stuff into a duffle bag - he wouldn't even call it packing - just long enough to turn to see Noelani standing in his bedroom doorway. "I didn't hear the door," he says stupidly, which makes a certain amount of sense since she has a key now. She lifts one eyebrow and he knows she's thinking the same thing.

"Where are you going?" she asks again, coming into the room to stand beside him. Her eyes track the clothes, t-shirts and cargo pants, the gun in its holster, the box of ammo beside that. She frowns, her face growing paler. "Gordon, please. What are you doing?"

Sighing, he turns to face her, takes both her hands in both of his. "Magnum is in trouble," he tells her simply.

Noelani shakes her head. "He's been called up for some top secret mission-"

"No. It was a lie. Captain Greene told TC... his son was kidnapped to leverage him to get Magnum to the Triple Frontier." Noelani's jaw drops open but if her face is shocked, her eyes are shrewd. He can see her processing the information, planning three steps ahead like it's a game of chess. "Higgins is organising Robin Masters's private jet. She's going down there with Rick and TC. I'm going with them."

Her hands tighten on his. He doesn't think she's even aware she's doing it. "Gordon..."

"Noelani... if we don't do this, Magnum is going to die." He can't state it any plainer than that and she sucks in a deep breath, closes her eyes. He finds himself holding his breath, hoping against hope that she won't beg him not to go. He doesn't know how he'd say no to her, but he knows this is something that he has to do. "Noelani, please... I have to do this."

She nods as she opens her eyes. "I know you do." She sets her jaw. "But you be careful out there, you hear me?"

He can't stop himself from taking her face in his hands, the kiss hard and passionate. He lets it go on for a little longer than he should, but not as long as he wants to and when he pulls back, they are both breathing hard. "I have to go," he whispers and this time it's her who pulls him close, giving him a kiss that's the equal of the one he just bestowed on her.

"Come back to me." It's an order, not a request, and he takes her hand and squeezes.

"I promise."
