Good evening from England people of comment_fic! I'm this weeks guest host
amavissem, today's theme is Crime which could be interpreted in the literal sense of breaking the law or in the sense of breaking a agreement or expected way of behaviour, hopefully one you can have fun with!
Examples for formatting your prompts:
- BBC's Sherlock, Sherlock/John, they've crossed the line from unconventional to commiting more crimes than they solve.
- Psych, Lassiter/Shawn, "It's not a crime! In some countries..."
- Supernatural, Dean/Castiel, Dean tries to explain that some rules are meant to be broken.
And here's a quick reminder of the rules:
-No more than three prompts per fandom.
-No more than five prompts at a time, though after you get one or more of your prompts filled, you are free to leave more.
-No spoilers in your prompts until a week after air date or publication.
-Warn for spoilers in your fic in bold and with at least three spaces above your fic.
If there's nothing here that catches your eye, feel free to go though our Lonely Prompts!

Date: 2010-08-02 07:04 pm (UTC)The rest of the pilots might think that public opinion is enough to redeem them but Duo isn't so naive. He has been a thief and a sinner since he was born and he knows the price of every crime he commits.
Let Heero talk of his princess and Wufei speak of his justice, finding peace in their lies. There is no higher purpose or divine right that can wipe sin from their souls. That is the simple truth of the world, even when you are the God of Death.

Date: 2010-08-02 08:05 pm (UTC)"Give it a try!" he called down the slope, where Jared was disrobing for a far more discreet moonlight swim (case in point: he was actually wearing swim trunks). "It feels good!"
"A lot of things feel good," Jared shouted back up the incline, "doesn't mean you should do 'em!"
"Pussy."
Jared scoffed.
"Gigantic six-foot three hairy-ass pussy."
"Oh, that's it." Jared scrambled up the slope, slipping in the wet grass and nearly losing his balance as he clambered up to stand next to Misha. "You want to have a dick-waving contest, let's have one." He wriggled out of his swimsuit and sent it flying over the hill into the lake below. "There."
Misha grinned and sneaked a glance. "How does it feel?"
"Honestly? Cold." Jared looked around. "And I'm pretty sure this is illegal in Texas."
"Good thing you're all grown up and far from home, then." Misha copped a feel, and Jared hissed with the sudden warmth of Misha's slippery fingers on him. "It should be a crime to not skinny-dip in Texas. Considering how hot it is here."
"Hey, I said it was illegal," Jared said with a grin. "I didn't say we didn't do it."
"That's what I thought. Well, someone's going to have to get your trunks back..." Misha looked down over the precipice into the lake, where the discarded garment was floating. He tossed Jared a wink, squeezed his ass playfully, and dove in. Jared gave a laugh and followed.

Date: 2010-08-03 03:16 am (UTC)"Of all the rubbish horseshit reasons to rot in Prison for two consecutive life sentences...you're in here for my bloody *murder*?! And you didn't even murder me really, I still had one regeneration left!"
"Ahhh, I see you've been to Christmas 2217. I never was sure if you'd spring me before or after. How's Jack?" His eyes flash and it's one quick movement that has him looming over the cot, flat of his palm slapping the glass hard enough to make a loud cracking sound just inches from her head. The smile slips off her face as she takes in the fact that his face is damp from being washed and blood is still sticky in his hair and under his nails. There's still a curious stench of adrenaline, sharp hints of ozone from laser fire and the thick scorched whiff of cordite clinging to his clothes. "Oh Time fucking wept, you came right from there to here? You bloody idiot..." His hand clenches in her hair, just barely on the wrong side of too tight she doesn't think he even notices, as he presses his forehead against hers. His hand shakes as it cups her cheek.
"You, River Song, were utterly *magnificent* and I will be *damned* if you spend one more second in this cell over me." She presses her lips to his, swallowing the desperate little sound he makes as he kisses her.
"Come on then. You *did* say you'd make it up to me." She can feel his smile against her own.
"Ready to see how far we can run River Song?"
"Oh yes, I've been ready for years."

"Surfin' again? It's -- Isn't it illegal to solicit this stuff over the internet?"
"I solicit nothing. I mentioned it would be NICE if I had more. Any outpouring of minion worship is out of my hands."
"Okay, now I know you're tired. When you start talkin' like Cas..."
"I'm fine. --- HEY!"
"Go to bed, Misha."
"You unhooked my modem!"
"I'll do more'n that if you don't get some rest. NOW."
"Damned pushy Ackles."
"I heard that."
"........."
"I heard that, too!"
"BASTARD!"
"GOOD NIGHT!"

Date: 2010-08-02 06:57 pm (UTC)Castiel looked down at the small leather billfold in his hands. "What's this?"
"Identity. You're human now. You need papers."
"Where did you..." Castiel looked up at the store they had just exited. "Oh, no. You didn't."
"That's what copy stores are for, Cas."
"Where did you get the photographs?" He touched his battered face. "It's not like I was..."
"I copied Jimmy's licence picture. You've got his birthdate and blood type and everything."
He just stared at Dean. ".....why?"
"You're family, Cas. That's what family does."
"Breaks the law for each other?"
Dean raised an eyebrow. "If the situation warrants? Yes. Because we're FAMILY."
Castiel turned the wallet and its contents over and over in his hands. Then he straightened his shoulders and pushed his jacket aside, cramming it into his jeans pocket. "Hell of a welcome to the family."
Dean clapped him on the shoulder. "Oh, yeah. You're gonna do just fine."
"That's what I'm afraid of."

Cho heard Jane coming as soon as he entered the bullpen. The clinking gave him away.
So when Jane pulled a chair up to the far side of Cho's desk, sat down, and laid his handcuff-bound hands on the desktop with a clank, Cho made a point of not even glancing up. He had a casefile open in front of him. He was reading the casefile open in front of him. He was not playing Jane's games.
"Cho."
"Jane."
"Don't you think it's time you took these off?"
"No."
"No?"
"No."
"You could at least tell me where the keys are."
"No."
"No?"
"No."
"Why not?"
"First of all, because thanks to you I'm going to have to do two months of sensitivity training. Second of all, because we both know you're going to get out of those eventually whether I help you or not. I don't see any reason to return your ability to wreak havoc sooner than I have to."
"You don't see any reason to," Jane said. "Hmm."
Cho went back to ignoring Jane. He ignored Jane when he heard the squeak of Jane's chair being pushed back. He ignored Jane when he heard him coming around to his side of the desk. He ignored Jane when Jane perched on the edge of his desk, close enough that his thigh was pressing against Cho's arm. He ignored Jane right up until Jane took Cho's chin in his bound hands and pulled, at which point Cho had no choice but to turn and face him.
(Well, he could have pitted his neck muscles against Jane's arm strength, but that didn't seem like it ended with anybody's dignity intact).
Cho knew what Jane was going to do as soon as he saw him. He knew that look, knew that body language, even if he didn't usually see it in the office, where his boss could walk in at any moment. So he was expecting the kiss, but he was expecting it to be light, teasing; Jane's first kiss always was. After all, Jane was the definition of a tease.
This kiss was not a tease.
This kiss was open-mouthed and deep and hot. The kiss was Jane sliding his tongue into Cho's mouth at the first opportunity, licking in deep, slow and intense and god damn, but Jane had been paying attention to what Cho liked.
And then it was over, and Jane was turning his head and putting his mouth next to Cho's ear to murmur, "If only I had my hands free."
But turning away was a tactical error; it gave Cho the second he needed to pull himself back together, so that when Jane leaned back to get a good look at his face, Cho met him squarely with a deadpan stare.
He kept it up just long enough for a hint of worry to start creeping in at the edges of Jane's smug expression, then he reached for the handcuff key in his pocket.
