Almost maybe, things that almost happened but didn't. Be it split second changes of heart to flashes of paths not taken.
Please forget the rules:

Fractures

Almost as famous as Edison.
He's arrogant, self-absorbed, egoistical and hell bend on ruling a world that isn't even his to rule.
Pathetic.
However, I find myself owing him so much. My abilities. Indeed, it was Helen, Beautiful, Angelic, Helen who pushed for the blood... but Nikola, my darling, sweet Nikola, who for all his flirting and lewd comments to my Helen, distinctly had a thing for me as well, back in those days of old. It was him that injected us, claiming to be the best one at it... It was him that gave me this blessing, this curse.
If I had not had this ability, I would've never become Jack... but without him, I never would've gone back to being... Myself.
I owe him that at least... but I'll never tell him so. It wouldn't be proper.
Tesla.
