I'm working on Steve's retirement ceremony fic and this baby is getting away from me!

I've looked up Navy retirement ceremony scripts, programs, who's invited...just omg! STUFF!

and I'm sure I'm probably going to get it all wrong anyway, but this is fic and I did try to find out what's done.

We'll see how it turns out.
