You have GOT to be kidding me! My professor did it again!
After saying, several times, that he wasn't extending the exam, HE EXTENDED THE EXAM! After he said, multiple times, that he wasn't going to! And he even recorded himself saying that he wasn't going to extend time! At least I think he did...all I know is that at some point he mentioned recording our zoom session while we took the exam because "he could tell when people cheated"
first extension was from 8:29pm to 8:35pm
I RUSHED, AGAIN, TO SUBMIT IT ON TIME!
I had 7 problems I wanted to check, but I was out of time!
I'm emailing the department head about this!
But tomorrow. I'm not doing it while I'm this mad about things.
eta: time extended a 2nd time! this time from 8:35pm to 8:40pm. This exam 1 all over again. I'm not missing pages, but those 7 problems I wanted to go back to check again. It might as well have been a missing page because I was out of time and there are 7 incomplete problems.
Also, it just hit me that my B in the class is toast...which is going to hurt the overall GPA that I worked so hard to fix. I was so close to a 3.1 GPA...now I'll probably end up at a 2.9. That doesn't really affect things as all of the universities I'm applying to say 2.0 transfer GPA, but still. That 3.1 was so damn close.
