Today's theme is One-sentence fics. Prompts can be anything to create a one sentence fic.

Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and the fandom's full name
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here. Unfortunately, DW doesn’t have a cut tag, so use your best judgment when it comes to spoilers.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the above-mentioned spoiler cut.

The power of Saturday Morning cartoons always managed to impress Ikuko: Usagi was awake on time; Chibiusa prepared cereals for BOTH of them, not only for herself; the girls managed to sit next to each other without any sort of fight, no arguing, no shoving, no crying - they simply sat there, laughed together and enjoyed each other's company watching Cartoons (and Ikuko got to enjoy watching them).

(I read your message. I will definitely reply in under a week, lol, and I really really need to read the RE you've been writing [the rare pair fic in particular ♫]. For now, I want you to have this ridiculous thing I wrote [which is totally one sentence!] instead of going to sleep relatively early like I should've. XD;; Enjoy?)


The reaction was immediate: the quiet hitch in his breath, the color blooming in his face, the tensing and relaxing in his body -- when Leon's eyes fluttered open again, his blue eyes nearly black under the damp locks of hair shielding them, it was clear that he wanted to argue the point, as if he'd done nothing worthy of praise; but another gentle compliment and an even gentler touch to his jaw had him swallowing down his words -- a soft sound rising in his throat in their place -- and closing the gap between their lips, effectively pausing the verbal attention until he was ready to hear more.

Haha, the joke was that by the time you get around to reply *and* I get around to reply, it might've been another week, but we'll see. ;P And no pressure, that stuff's not going anywhere. Hey, I only see one piece of ending punctuation, so that's one sentence! And I love it. T_T Big feelings about Leon + praise. Huge. Sorry for keeping you up lol, and thanks, this is lovely! <3

Oh, I see. XD;; It should be fiiiine. Only part of this weekend's looking busy for me.

Yay, you're welcome! ❤ One of my headcanons about Leon is that he doesn't know how genuinely good and appealing and attractive he is, especially Remake Leon. OG/CGI Leon probably doesn't believe he's worthy of good things in life. ;_; And don't worry, I was functioning fine today. Maybe just a tad erratic/manic at one point, but nothing concerning. XD

When he gets home from the mission, hair matted with blood, sweat, mud, and god-knows-what-else, the first thing Leon does is beeline for the shower, letting hot water pour over the pale locks, fingers scrubbing at his scalp until enough of the grime is gone to add shampoo, then rubbing it in with care, following up with conditioner, the soft scent of lavender finally starting to calm him, soothing both his hair and his heart, helping him feel just a little more normal again.
