Today we're going to do something a little different. Well, sort of. I'm actually borrowing today's theme from one we had during the month of comment porn that inspired this community. amara_m already explained it well, I'm just going to C&P her introduction to the theme.
So it was suggested that we have a day where prompts are just one word and the writer gets to chose the pairing. That day is today! Comment with your one word.
Writers, please preface your comment with the fandom and pairing you've chosen to write for that word.
This is a perfect opportunity to explore the multi-fandom aspect of this comm and to get your f-lists involved. And that, as I'm sure you know, leads to more comment!porn for everybody! *g*
If you want a little more focus or direction, don't forget about the lonely prompts just waiting for someone to write them.

Date: 2009-01-17 12:44 am (UTC)They sharpen knives, load rifles, fill shells, clean shotguns. They paint circles on trees for target practice, hang empty cans from branches, spar with someone's ski poles, the pointy ends covered with Silly Putty so they don't accidentally draw blood.
And all the time he's watching her, wanting her, his crazy, dangerous girl, his fearless partner, his other half. He watches her and he wants her and he waits for her.
One day they're out hunting a Thing, and after they've put it down, they're both panting and sweaty and streaked with blood and he can't stop himself, he grabs her and pulls her down, and she's still holding her bloody knife when he yanks his pants off, practically rips hers, and as he pounds into her, grunting and groaning and breathing her name, the only thing in his head is her, tall and strong and armed, the long knife in her hand, a "come and get me" look on her face.
She is a weapon as surely as the knife in her hand, the knife she drops as she meets his thrusts, as they both cry out with their climax. He can aim her and let her go and she will destroy everything in her path, even him.
He can't think of a better way to die.
