Tuesday: The Letter "A"

Hi, everyone! I'm templefugate, your host for this week. Get ready for an alphabetical adventure!

As a reminder, we are using a new posting schedule. Sundays are for Lonely Prompts and sharing the fills that you completed during the week, Tuesdays and Thursdays are for new themes and prompts, and Saturdays will remain a Free for All.

Today's theme is the letter "a". All prompts should center around a word or words starting with "a".

Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and the fandom's full name
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the above-mentioned spoiler cut.

She wasn't scared of aliens, and, truthfully, Karen wasn't entirely certain whether or not she believed in them. Magic was real -- witches were truly existent, whether or not everyone else viewed her feelings on her next door neighbor as a flight of fantasy -- but aliens? Karen knew a governmental front when she saw one.

She also knew the merits of finding a way to bring her enemies to heel, and had convinced Daddy to let her rent Alien from the local video rental store for her end of fifth grade sleepover: Daddy had forced her to invite all of the girls in her class...and she knew Pamela would be terrified.

Payback. It's a witch.
