Tuesday: Camera!

Hello, everyone! I’m scarlet_gryphon, and I'm back with another theme for y'all.

Today’s theme is Camera! Does the click-click-click of a camera's shutter drive someone wild? What's seen through a camera's lens? You're deciding, so prompt away!

Some quick examples:

Stargate Atlantis, Lorne/Parrish, He never had to take a picture; every inch of his lover was captured in his mind's eye.

Warehouse 13, Claudia & Jinks, Claudia finds a photograph of his sister online, and finally understands why he's so protective of her.

Any, Any, The camera is old and the film inside has been waiting years to be devolped, but the memories it holds is worth it's weight in gold.

I really want to use this prompt but I'm worried about:

1) What fandom to use because there are so many that this prompt could work with! I could see Draco finding an old camera with photos of him and Pansy on it when he's an 80 year old man (Harry Potter) or Veronica finding a list photo of her and Lily and using all her money she has earned from being a private investigator to create a charity in her name with the help of Logan (Veronica Mars) or even Draculaura going to college after a summer break up with Clawd and finding the photos from their first date (Monster High).

And

2) Lenght!!!! How I could easily sit in front of my computer writing for hours on end going into the tens of thousands of words for each of these ideas that link too your prompt...

I could always write the opening paragraph for each idea and then extend on them in the future :)

Fill: The Avengers, Steve & Tony

Steve found the camera in a box of Howard's things. Tony had left them in Steve's room, saying he had been trying to clear out some of the stuff SHIELD had left him with awhile ago. Most of it was papers, articles that had been cut out, usually about the company or Howard himself. But underneath it all the camera had been buried. He didn't even know if the film in it would be good anymore but he carefully rewound it. But he had seen that camera before, he knew he had and whatever he could get from the film he wanted.

Tony offered to develop for him and within an hour they were all on the computer. Steve had been right, most of the film had decayed and gone bad. But a few of the frames had survived the years.

There was the inside of a German tank, so Howard could have a record of the design and layout. Howard and Peggy. Another woman Steve didn't recognize, probably from the local town. The Howling Commandos with Peggy and Howard tucked in between.

He stopped at that one. There was something similar in his record, but this as different. This was faded. This had sat in Howard's camera for decades, forgotten maybe. Or maybe Howard had been unable to face it and had let the camera and it's film sit in a corner.

He hadn't noticed Tony come back (or really leave for that matter), but he noticed when the frame was shoved in front of his face. A hard copy of the same photo. "Figured you would want it. I mean, not that you don't have it like that, but this way you won't irreparably damage a computer screen."

Steve touched the photo almost reverently. "Thank you."

"Worth a thousand words, right?"

"Something like that."
