Hi everyone! I’m chibifukurou and I’m still here enabling your comment_fic addiction this week.
Today’s theme is AU. Today all the prompts have to involve an AU of some sort. Whether it be fusions or Universes with minor differences, anything goes as far as fandoms and pairings are concerned.
The Rules:
■ Don’t prompt more than 5 prompts in a row or 3 prompts per fandom. When someone has answered your prompt, you can prompt again.
■ No spoilers in your prompt until at least 1 week after the original airing or publication date. If there are spoilers in your fic, you must warn in bold and leave at least 3 spaces.
■ Thank your fic providers they thrive on feedback.
■ For the sake of the code monkeys’ sanity remember to format your prompts correctly.
Formatting examples:
Fandom, Character, prompt
Fandom, Character/Character, prompt
Fandom/Fandom, Character(s), prompt
None of today's prompts interest you? Make someone’s day and answer one of the myriad of Lonely prompts!

Re: Fill, all the way up to eleven 2/2 or possibly 2/3 depending on the porn muse
Date: 2012-03-21 12:30 am (UTC)"So, where's the security detail, McGarrett? I was expecting a freaking platoon, the way you were talking."
"I can't find a whole team in a matter of hours, Danny. So I'm on watch myself tonight."
Danny ran a hand through his hair.
"That's ridiculous. You saw Anton Hesse - he's crazy. Do you think he has an accomplice? Huh? Some sort of wacky brother, bent on revenge?"
Steve said nothing, focusing on the corridor wall opposite, instead of Danny's open door.
"You're an idiot, Steven."
True.
"I mean it," said Danny, going to the door. "Come on, babe. I'm not a tweener - no one would have guessed I'd attract the attention of someone like him."
"I should have."
"Steve. Hey. Get over here."
If Steve stayed at his post now, that would be it. Client and employee. Technically, though, Danny was ordering him. So he might as well--
The shock of recognition crashed down his back like a post-surfing shower. He knew that scramble of denial, the twist in his gut that meant he was clutching at straws.
He couldn't panic too long, though, because Danny was in his face, bitching.
"Are you listening to me, McGarrett? I don't care if you have to shadow me everywhere I go - hell, it might be nice to have a chauffeur so long as you don't drive like maniac; and Grace really wants to meet you - but if you clam up on me, I swear--"
"I won't clam up."
"Then come in and watch the game. You can protect me just as well from inside my room."
Steve's resolve crumbled in a matter of seconds, which was shameful.
~
It was quite hard for Steve to organise a transfer discreetly when his every waking moment was spent with Danny. Not that he was trying, particularly.
Grace had taken to calling him "Uncle Steve". Danny was encouraging her.
~
"What if someone climbs in my window?"
"We're on the ninth floor."
Hesse had been committed, and there were no specific threats, but Steve had to remain vigilant in the weeks following the attack. If that meant sleeping in the room next to Danny's, and watching old cop shows with him, he could deal. Besides, if he played down the danger he could be out of a job. And he liked this job.
"You sleeping next door won't help me if someone gets into my room during the night, McGarrett."
Steve shuffled back on the bed so he was propped up against the headboard. It was ridiculous, of course, but looking at Danny now, he'd almost think that he was flirting.
"Yeah?"
"Yeah."
Danny wouldn't break the eye contact, and it was making Steve nervous. He could feel his muscles start to tense up, and in the background Point Break rumbled towards the closing credits. Danny rolled his eyes.
"What do you want, McGarrett, an engraved invitation? You don't have to be so--" Danny waved his hands in the air "--so awkward all the time. All I'm trying to do is test the waters, you know? I want to see if you'd be open to--"
Danny stopped, closed his eyes, breathed out through his nose and tried again.
"Look. It's fine that you're not--I mean, I wasn't expecting you to, so can we not make this any weirder than it already is and just forget about it, already?"
Despite himself, despite how insanely unprofessional their relationship already was, Steve grinned.
"You really want me, huh?"
Danny bristled.
"Well I did, asshole, god knows why. You'll probably want to sell that knowledge now; the money from that scoop would save you from working for a couple of months. TMZ might be willing to--"
"We really need to work on your trust issues," said Steve. "You never gave me time to respond. Actually, you never even asked my opinion."
Danny stared at him for a little more before he spoke again. This time Steve could hold his gaze without any problems. Eventually, Danny started complaining; that was a good sign.
"No offence, McGarrett, but the paranoid bodyguard telling me I need to trust other people more? Pot, meet kettle. Also, you're one of the - if not the most - most frustrating people I know, so--"
"Danno, shut up and let me protect you in peace."
~
then porn? Idk, I'm not sure if I like this fill, but I wrote it, so I might as well post it.
