I've never done fandoms for movies (the canon is too small for my tastes), but I'd definitely read a fic about Jamie and Ste. Seeing your prompt makes me want to break out my VCR and watch the movie again.

Beautiful Thing is one of the few films I owned on video that I just had to replace with the DVD.

I only have a few film fandoms. TV shows definitely give you more canon to work with.

It's one of the few VHS tapes I haven't replaced on DVD, and it occurs to me that I don't have a good reason for that. So, onto my wishlist it goes.
