Good morning! I'm
hobnailedboots and I'm hosting this week.
The theme for today is tropes (for which, see tvtropes.org): maybe someone's show is falling victim to Executive Meddling? Perhaps people need to be Undercover Lovers?
As always, remember the rules:
-No more than five prompts in a row. If someone fills one of your prompts, you are then free to prompt again!
-No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
-No spoilers in prompts!
-If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space.
Prompts should be formatted as follows:
-Fandom, Character+/Character, Prompt
Some examples:
-Merlin, Arthur/Merlin, Belligerent Sexual Tension
-Supernatural, Dean/Castiel, Green-Eyed Epiphany
-Harry Potter, Malfoys, Magical Nanny
You don't need to link to a specific trope; as long as it's a known archetype or convention then it's fine (e.g. shared body heat).
Have fun, everyone!

Date: 2012-05-08 04:05 pm (UTC)Good Omens, Crowley & Aziraphale
Date: 2012-05-08 07:23 pm (UTC)Crowley was once approached by proselyting Christians, earnestly asking if he’d accepted Jesus Christ as his savior and heard the sweet voices of the angels. It had taken him a full five minutes to stop laughing, and the first thing he did was call Aziraphale’s shop to share the joke.
It always amazed him how humans could see angels as these sweet, merciful, kindly beings. Sure, angels were good. Being Heaven’s representatives, it came with the territory. But good doesn't always mean nice. And it sure as Manchester doesn't mean they can't smite you as easily as look at you.
