It's Thursday! I'm mahmfic if you have forgotten. Today's lovely theme is 100 Words. The prompt can be whatever you'd like but the fill must be 100 words only.

Rules:
No more than three prompts to a single fandom
No more than five prompts at a time
No spoilers in the prompts and if your fill has spoilers, please warn and and leave at least three spaces

Neal thinks he’s a man of mystery, but she lived with Byron a long time. She sees the way he looks at Peter, and more rarely, Elizabeth, when she comes over. She’s seen the way he looks away whenever they kiss or hold hands. And, later, she sees when he stops looking away, starts teasing them like they tease each other, sees how he brushes Peter’s hand with his own as they’re walking, how he kisses Elizabeth on the cheek as a hello.

It’s not her place to judge. The Burkes are good people, and Neal deserves to be happy.

I absolutely love this - thanks so much for writing it. This is seems exactly like what June would think :) :) and I love the tale of their relationship as it goes from longing to happiness.
