Hi, guys. I'm
jade_starlight and I'm still your Guest Host for one more day. *g*
For my last day, we're doing genderbenders, either changing the canon gender of at least one of your characters or including aspects of crossdressing. Want to see a female DiNozzo, or maybe you want John Sheppard in eyeliner? Now's the time. *g*
Please think about our wonderful codemonkeys and use the correct format (the second is for crossovers).
Fandom, Pairing, Prompt
Fandom1/Fandom2, Pairing, Prompt
BSG, girl!Anders/Lee, against the wall
SG1/SGA, Cam/John, eyeliner
And remember not to post more than 3 prompts in a row. If a prompt is answered, you can prompt again later in the day.
If you don't see anything you like, you can always Adopt a Lonely Prompt.

Date: 2009-05-28 08:17 am (UTC)The first time Michael met Finn, he smiled at Michael. While shooting Michael's would-be killer in the chest at close range with a flare gun.
Sparks. Violence. Finn's toothy smile.
That was them, all right.
Michael knew he should stay away. But Finn knew what he wanted, and it was never a good idea to not give Finn what he wanted.
Not that Michael had anything to complain about. His body was lithe and impossibly tan for a good Irish boy, and his sandy hair, a little longer than Michael's, would fall into his face at times -when he smiled with pleasure at a good shot, for example. He could be dangerous-sexy and adorable-sexy in the same point of time.
Not to mention he was loyal. And up for anything. And he had a strong sense of right and wrong, he just didn't categorize them like most people would.
Of course, he was also completely nuts.
It was that last one that gave Michael doubts.
Michael thought long-term. Always had. Finn didn't see much point in making assumptions about a future that they may or may not get to see, but Michael couldn't ignore the long-term.
And in the long-term, what are the chances that someone like him and someone like Finn could really last?
And Finn would probably blame Michael, no matter whose fault it was. Which would make Finn his enemy.
An enemy that wanted to destroy Michael, but that Michael didn't have the heart to destroy first. An enemy with a short fuse and a long list of ways to mess with someone. An enemy who knew things about Michael, how he thinks, who he trusts, what he feels. Michael sometimes imagines that Finn might kill him in rage and then cry and mourn for years afterward, regretting what he did.
More often, though, Michael admits to himself that it's unlikely to end that way. More likely, he ditches Finn to pursue some job, some cause. He's done it to Finn too many times, and he doesn't want to add another. Better to just keep Finn at arm's length; the guy doesn't deserve that again.
Of course there's also the possibility that Michael's just terrified of letting Finn into his life. Terrified of loving so much that losing someone would destroy him.
But mostly it's to protect Finn's feelings. That's why they need to stay just friends.
Finn, however, doesn't ever look at Michael like they're just friends. Finn looks voracious as he licks and bites his way up and down the muscles of Michael's torso. Finn looks blissful as he leans over to take Michael's dick in his mouth. He looks impatient as Michael's fingers work him, preparing him, and when Michael enters him, Finn looks at Michael like they've just jumped off a cliff together and he couldn't be happier about it.
Michael thinks in the long-term. And in the long-term, Finn is a bad idea.
But a long-term without Finn might be worse.
