Hi, guys. I'm
jade_starlight and I'm still your Guest Host for one more day. *g*
For my last day, we're doing genderbenders, either changing the canon gender of at least one of your characters or including aspects of crossdressing. Want to see a female DiNozzo, or maybe you want John Sheppard in eyeliner? Now's the time. *g*
Please think about our wonderful codemonkeys and use the correct format (the second is for crossovers).
Fandom, Pairing, Prompt
Fandom1/Fandom2, Pairing, Prompt
BSG, girl!Anders/Lee, against the wall
SG1/SGA, Cam/John, eyeliner
And remember not to post more than 3 prompts in a row. If a prompt is answered, you can prompt again later in the day.
If you don't see anything you like, you can always Adopt a Lonely Prompt.

Date: 2009-05-28 09:14 pm (UTC)There was silence on the bridge as Uhura finished translating the message - all eyes on the Captain, and Kirk glared out the view-screen, jaw clenched and eyes darting about as if for inspiration while he thought.
So they needed a team put together for the retrieval, did they? Kirk grinned - perhaps a little maniacally - and pretended to ignore the slightly panicked flinches of his bridge crew.
"You know," he said, standing from his chair - his spinning, shiny, totally awesome Captain's chair - and looking over at his XO. "None of this would have happened if I'd gone down with the away team."
Spock lifted one eyebrow a mere fraction of an inch and inclined his head a precise five degrees. Kirk flicked through his mental file of all Spock-isms and decided to claim it as a win.
"Article seventeen point nine b..." Spock started, and Kirk rolled his eyes and headed for the turbo-lift. If he paid attention to every rule in the damned book, things would be a lot more boring.
"Sulu, you have the conn." Kirk grinned at the helmsman and hit the button to close the lift doors.
"Besides," Spock said, sliding neatly through into the lift with Kirk and acting like he hadn't nearly been made into a lift-sandwich. "Statistically, the chances of an away mission going awry would not have been dramatically decreased by your presence on the team.”
Kirk narrowed his eyes and looked at Spock sideways, trying to guess whether Spock was being deliberately…Spock-ish. It was entirely possible, but Kirk decided to be magnanimous and overlook possibly mutinous thoughts for the time being.
“Look, they want a woman in charge, right? Well, we’ll give ‘em one.”
“Sir –” oh, and now Spock looked ever so slightly pained. Kirk did a little mental dance of victory but outwardly just grinned at the Vulcan. Spock’s eyes narrowed just a little bit, which Kirk had translated very early in their working relationship to a full-on glare. That particular look got a lot of work during their – sometimes heated – discussions. “Captain, you do realise no one will believe you are actually female?”
“Have a little faith, Spock!” Kirk said, bringing his biggest, widest, shit-eating grin out to play. He got a twitch at the corner of Spock’s mouth for that. “I want you and Bones with me, okay? I’ll just…be a minute.”
The doors of the lift opened on the right deck, and Kirk headed to his quarters, smirking at the faint sigh he heard behind him.

"Captain, you do realise no one will believe...?", Star Trek XI, Kirk/Spock - 2/2
Date: 2009-05-28 09:15 pm (UTC)Well, he was wearing a skirt – a female-crewmember’s uniform, to be precise.
Kirk leaned against his doorway and he thought – perhaps a little smugly – that if Spock had been anyone else, his mouth would be gaping open.
“Like what you see?” Kirk purred, consciously forcing his voice a bit higher, a bit lighter. Across the hall, Spock’s eyes ran from Kirk’s down and back up again, and Kirk shivered at the thrill that ran down his spine. He knew what Spock was seeing – the gold material of the bridge crew stretching over his new…cleavage and falling to barely hit mid-thigh and Kirk’s own special touch; the knee-high, black, lace-up leather boots with enough of a heel to make Kirk very nearly the same height as his second in command.
He’d messed his hair up as well, wetting it up into spikes, and Kirk had darkened his eyes with touches of Kohl – his hand steady after so many years playing about like this.
“Sir…”
Kirk grinned and sauntered over to crowd Spock against the wall, remembering to use his hips so he didn’t fall head over ass like the first time he’d done this, all of sixteen years old and too rebellious for his own damn good.
“I said – ‘like what you see?’” Kirk asked again, and two large, warm hands moved to grip his hips, pulling him in tight and close. Spock leaned in, brushing a kiss over Kirk’s mouth, and Kirk grinned. “I’ll take that as a yes,” he said, stepping away and straightening his uniform. “Now, I think we have a rescue mission to run?” Spock nodded and Kirk turned to head to the turbo lift, throwing over his shoulder; “I can always wear this tonight, Spock. My quarters, twenty-two-hundred hours?”
“Yes, Captain,” Spock said – the slightest of tremors in his voice, but Kirk grinned at it anyway.
