MONDAY: Outsider Point of View

Hi! I'm darkhavens and I'll be your Guest Host this week.

First theme of the week is Third Person Limited Point of View* Outsider Point of View. That means that writers will be writing from the POV of someone who is not one of the primary characters/pairing.

Prompters may include the desired POV character, or leave the choice up to the writer.

Please think about our wonderful codemonkeys and use the correct format (the second is for crossovers).

"See the thing is, subtext doesn't work if it's plain old text," Eric complained, "The whole arc of the show is about all the problems that arise because they love each other TOO much for their own good."

"It's one big epic romance," Sera agreed.

"But those two are totally stealing my thunder with the way they act. They could at least hold back in front of the fans. I mean living together? And expensive gifts? And "jokingly" pretending to hump each other? At this rate they should just move to Castro street and adopt a dog together."

"I agree. The more they act like an old married couple, the harder it is to sell the onscreen UST" Sera replied.

"The what now?"

"Unresolved -"

"Hey guys!" Jared yelled as he cheerfully bounced into the writer's room. "Guess what Jen and I got?!"

Sera and Eric both gave each other a look as Jensen soon followed, cuddling in his arms a brown Labrador puppy.

"It's adorable," Sera said, trying to be supportive.

Eric just said, "I need an aspirin."
