Today's Theme is: CROSSOVERS

This one's pretty self-explanatory, except that I feel I should remind you that this includes crossovers within franchises and that there's nothing wrong with a nice RPF/FPF crossover.

Please be kind to the code monkeys and remember the posting format: Your Crossover, Your Pairing, "Your prompt". One prompt per comment.

Examples:

Leverage/SPN, Nate/John, "back in the day"

SG-1/SGA, Daniel/Rodney, "dirty talk"

SGA/SGA RPS, Joe/John/Rodney, "do you take orders as well as he does?"


Yes, more than one writer can write to a prompt and yes, you may write something for your own prompt, if you like.

SG-1/Indiana Jones, Daniel/Indy, "strange rituals"

Time travel never does sit right with him, no matter how many times it happens, and when it lands him in the middle of India and the rest of his team who knows where, Daniel is perturbed, to say the least.

Egypt he could handle. He spoke the language. Not that he didn't speak a bunch of languages that could get him by in India, but that wasn't actually the point.

Not that he had a point. He was trudging through a jungle with very little idea where he was going or what year it was.

He was still cursing Jack O'Neill in every language he knew when he found a road...of sorts. "Pankot? Great." So at least he had an idea where he was, but still no clue as to when. Still, Pankot meant a palace, and depending how close to their mark they'd come, that would mean an English garrison or an Indian prince, either of which was better than this.

He trudged along the road until he found himself following an odd threesome up to the palace steps where an Indian man greeted them.

"And you are?"

"Oh, ah...I'm not with them...I'm...lost, actually."

"I should say you are." He smiled, but something about that smile didn't sit well. "You're name?"

"Oh, yes, Daniel. Dr. Daniel Jackson."

The tall man in the fedora and leather coat turned to look at him. "Doctor?"

"Archeology." Daniel said, taking off his glasses and squinting up at their host. "Among other things."

"Dr. Jones is also an archeologist. Perhaps the two of you will have things to discuss. Come, His Highness will gladly offer you shelter for the night and help to arrange you passage someplace more suitable tomorrow."

The man in the fedora fell back as the woman started questioning their host as to the princes and his marital status. "Dr. Indiana Jones."

Daniel smiled and held out the hand. He knew the name, and the reputation. Not what his generation would call a pure archeologist, but a man who got his hands on some of the most amazing finds.

"You out here after anything particular?"

Daniel shrugged as they headed inside. At least now he had an approximate time for when he landed. "Just studying the local legends, observing."

Dr. Jones grinned at him. "Observing...see anything...interesting?"

Daniel remembered something he'd read in the man's biography. "I specialize in documenting rituals...coupling ceremonies, sexual rites."

His grin got bigger and he slung an arm around Daniel's shoulders. "Come along Dr. Jackson, I know a few strange rituals of my own."
