Greetings, everyone~! ♫ I'm creepy_shetan and it's my pleasure to be your (fourth-time) host this week. =^.^=

Today's theme: 200 words. Prompts can be whatever you like, but fills must be an even 200 words long.

A reminder of the rules:

✦ Use the full names of the fandom(s) and character(s) in your prompts
✦ No more than five prompts in a row per day
✦ No more than three prompts per fandom per day
✦ If one or more of your prompts is filled today, then you may prompt again
✦ Include a clear warning for any possible triggers in prompts and fills
✦ For prompts, no spoilers until one month after the airdate/release (use a spoiler tag to hide part or all of your prompt)
✦ For fills, warn for spoilers clearly, and either leave blank space before the text or hide the text under a spoiler tag

For a single fandom:

For multiple fandoms / crossovers:
✧ Suits/White Collar, Mike Ross + or / Harvey Specter + Mozzie, Mozzie's POV of Harvey and Mike

While the Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet and LJ's advanced search are available options, the simplest method might be to bookmark prompts that you like as you find them, and then return to them later when inspiration strikes.

Before Rocket hadn't had the ability to grasp the concept of love but he'd known a lot of things in an instinctive animal way that had nothing to do with the concepts that swirled through his brain now.

After Rocket had been too full of pain, bitterness and rage to feel more than contempt for the creatures that had been warped as he had been warped.

He had found himself in a glade of trees and, paranoid but exhausted, fell into a restless sleep. He awoke to vines and branches twisted into something resembling a sling and a gentle face looking down at him with tender fascination.

“I am Groot.” They had said, a soothing rumble that comforted him.

Even though it hadn't been apparent from the first Rocket soon came to understand that, somehow, they had been made for each other. With that understanding came the comfort of knowing that he would never have to be alone again.

Love was the result of that. With that love came a fierce protectiveness Rocket hadn't known could come from him. Rocket hadn't thought he was capable of loving someone as much as he loved Groot but he'd once again proven everyone wrong.
