Happy Tuesday all! Today's theme is genderswap. Pretty straight forward, prompts just have to feature one or more than one characters as the opposite gender for whatever reason. They might have always been the opposite gender than they are in canon or it can be something temporary because of magic or whatnot. Do with it what you will. :)
Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
If your prompt or fill contains anything that can be a trigger for the reader, please add a warning for that to give the reader the chance to decide if they want to read or not.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing. Use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the above mentioned spoiler cut.
Prompts should be formatted as follows: [Use the character's full names and fandom's full name]
Fandom, Character +/ Character, Prompt
Some examples to get the ball rolling...
Avengers, always a girl!Steve/Bucky, first time
Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Anya/Xander Harris, Xander gets whammied into a girl
DCU, always a girl!Dick Grayson/always a girl!Jason Todd, Little sister, don't you do what your big sister done.
We are now using AO3 to bookmark filled prompts. If you fill a prompt and post it to AO3 please add it to the Bite Sized Bits of Fic from 2015 collection. See further notes on this new option here.
Not feeling any of today’s prompts? Check out the just created Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet. For more recent prompts to write, you can also use LJ’s advanced search options to limit keyword results to only comments in this community.
While the Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet and LJ's advanced search options are available, bookmarking the links of prompts you like might work better for searching for in the future.

"Yes."
"Yeah... we're gonna get back to you on that one."
*Conspiratorial whispers*

Juliana Caesar
"Et tu, Brutella? We were best friends!"
Caesar died then, groaning in pain.
Cassia looked at Brutella then. "You know everyone's going to say we were just being catty, right?"
--
Georgina Washington
"General Washington - you won the war for us, freeing us from British rule. We have something very important to ask you."
"Yes?"
"You have given us freedom, equality, and a nation of our own. We could think of no one better for this honor."
"Yes?"
"... Will you prepare dinner for the constitutional convention?"
"...Leave before I get my musket."

FILL: The Raptor Inside [Jurassic World, PG-13]
Date: 2015-06-17 10:58 am (UTC)The thing is that a lot of men have tried to intimidate her over the years. Have thought, with their big male brains and easy to target balls, that they could just waltz into her life and make her feel inferior. She was in the navy, for christ’s sake, she knows what it’s like to be around leering packs of little boys who are far too concerned with blonde stereotypes to realize how close they are to a fall.
She knows.
And, oddly enough, she doesn’t particularly care. Never has, never will. Hoskins can rant. Hoskins can drawl and leer and get right into her face with a disgusting kind of heat in his eyes. She only raises her chin, smirks - she has a pack of raptors on her side.
She has a bit of the raptor inside, and that’s more dangerous than Hoskins is ever going to be.

"Bit sexist, that, isn't it?"

Date: 2015-06-16 06:22 am (UTC)fill: girl!Terry/Dick Grayson
Date: 2015-06-21 09:03 pm (UTC)Tonight, Terry's bait, and Dick Grayson really doesn't seem happy about it. He stopped her three times before she went out the door, wearing high heels and beat-up jeans, a shirt so tight it looked glued on, hair down and messy.
"Am I ever anything else?" Terry mutters into her com link. She orders a coke and asks if the bartender if she can put at least five cherries into it.
"I'm not even gonna answer that," Dick says. "You see anything yet?"
"Yeah," Terry says. She munches on a cherry, slurping at the juice because she knows Dick's coms are that good. "Actually, I see the killer right in front of me, but I figured I'd give him a head start. What's one more body?"
"Just – keep an eye out, okay?" Dick asks.
"I'll keep both eyes out," Terry teases.
And despite the banter, she does her job. It's hard to figure out which creepy guy is the creepy guy they're looking for, but eventually she spots the one she's sure is him, slicked-back hair and the kind of slim that hides a lot of brute muscle underneath. Terry eyes him from across the room, and it takes all of her effort to bat her eyelashes and reel him in instead of just sucker-punching him in the guts.
"Okay," Dick says in her ear. "You've got this, Ter. Don't die."
"Duh," Terry says. "First rule of Batman."
Dick keeps quiet while Terry talks to the creep, for which she's extremely grateful. She's not scared, not at all, but it's hard to concentrate when she knows how worried Dick is.
But, despite what Bruce might say these days, she's good at her job. She bags and tags the lady-killing freak, calls it in as Batman, then tells Dick she'll be back to base soon and has a couple of real drinks at the bar.
After, she stumbles back to Dick's apartment, Batman suit tucked into her little backpack, whistling a song as she unlocks the door. Dick's waiting up for her, and his hand shakes as he brings a glass of scotch to his lips.
"Here she is," Terry says, words coming out a little slurred. "A regular CSI. FBI?"
"Detective works just fine," Dick says. "I was starting to – nevermind."
Terry steps over to him, heels clacking on the wooden floor. "Mr. Grayson," she says, "were you worried about me?"
"I always worry about you," Dick says. He must've already had one or two, to be this honest.
"Because I'm a girl in the big bad batsuit?" Terry asks.
"No," Dick says. He blinks up at her, runs his hands over the table. "Because you're young, and you're letting two crazy old men lead you through being Batman."
Dick empties his glass, stands up to put it in the sink, but Terry grabs him by the arm and he looks back down at her.
"One," she says. "You're not that old. I mean, you are, but you're like –" she touches his face, that mouth she thinks about way too often, and he shoots her a warning look. "And two," Terry says, "I'm being led by two crazy men, maybe, but two crazy men who survived being Batman."
"More or less," Dick says. He sets the glass back down on the table, puts both hands on Terry's waist. "How much did you have to drink after?" he asks.
"Enough that my knuckles aren't feeling clocking that guy in the face," Terry says, wrapping her arms around Dick's neck. "Not enough that it should keep you from taking me to bed."
"Terry," Dick says.
"No?" Terry teases. "I mean there's a table right here, too, but with your old knees –" Dick kisses her, maybe just to shut her up.
"You did good tonight," Dick says, tilting his head down to kiss her neck. Terry hums in agreement, says, "Well, yeah. I'm Batman."

Date: 2015-06-16 06:27 am (UTC)[fill] Hey, I do have a female Flash icon.
Date: 2015-06-17 04:27 pm (UTC)Axel grumbled and looked away, feigning indifference, but as soon as the scarlet speedster turned around to leave, he looked back at her and smiled. If he ever met whoever designed her costume, he would thank them profusely for creating something that left absolutely nothing to the imagination. He let his eyes wander over the red leather hugging the Flash's ass for a moment and sighed dreamily as she sprinted off, then got to work to untie himself and make his escape before the police got there.
---
The Flash looked uncomfortable, bouncing a little from one foot to the other and staring at him. She looked behind her, then back at Axel. She bit her lower lip and tortured it a little with her teeth, clearly unsure on what to do.
"Can you... uh, can you stop letting me catch you on purpose? I know this sounds weird, but, ugh..." she looked like she wanted to run away, but she knew she couldn't let the criminal get away like that "Is it supposed to be some sort of prank? A weird long term plan?"
"Naaahh... I just like when you tie me up."
"That's what I was afraid of."
The Trickster laughed at that, and Barrie kind of wanted to run away and kind of wanted to kiss him. Axel was a weird yet deadly combination of unpredictable and naive, and he always got under her skin so easily... she made an effort to stand still and gave him a determined look.
"We could make a pact. You stop committing crimes just to get me to tie- ugh, to catch you, and in exchange I can do something for you. Something reasonable."
"Okay."
"Okay..."
"I want something simple. Don't make that face! I just want a kiss. Not a tiny kiss on the cheek, though, a real proper kiss."
Barrie's cheeks turned the color of her costume, and the smirk on Axel's face made her only want to run away now. So that's what she does, leaving the Rogue with his hands tied behind his back, sitting on the floor of the jewelry.
In the time it took for him to blink, the Flash was gone, and his smirk immediately turned into a pout. After a look around, he starts working on freeing himself from his binds.
"Oh well, there's always next time, and the next, and the next..."

Date: 2015-06-16 06:49 am (UTC)What Could Have Been (Star Trek TOS, Kirk/Spock femslash)
Date: 2015-09-27 11:55 am (UTC)"Congratulations," Jane says. "Should we send something?" She sounds genuinely interested, but Spock can tell she's wondering why Spock is telling her this.
"That is not necessary," Spock replies. "It merely sparked a thought in my mind."
Jane raises her head to look at her. "Oh?"
Spock nods slowly. "When I was a child, my parents discussed whether I would be betrothed in the Vulcan fashion. As you are aware, my mother persuaded my father to allow me to choose my own mate."
Jane smiles, reaching out to lace her fingers into Spock's. "I'm very aware," she says. "And very grateful."
Spock's expression softens briefly, but she soon returns to her point. "It has occurred to me, however, that had I been male, the situation would almost certainly be different."
"How so?" Jane asks, brow furrowing in confusion.
Spock takes a breath, aware she is heading into difficult territory. "Due to their physiology, Vulcan males require a bondmate in a way females do not. It is quite literally a matter of life and death. It is difficult to imagine my parents would have agreed not to betroth me in such a situation."
"Huh," Jane says. "So you – male you – would have been bonded to some Vulcan woman?"
"Indeed," Spock replies. "It has occurred to me that I am very fortunate to have been born female. I much prefer the current state of things."
Jane grins. "Me too."
She leans in and kisses Spock, their bond humming pleasantly in the back of Spock's mind.
Yes, Spock thinks, she is very fortunate indeed.
